1.5km Swim

The protected bay of Senggigi Beach ensures a calm sea for the 1500m swim. The swim course consists of 2 out and back laps of 750 with a beach turn. Water conditions are generally very good with excellent visibility and a temperature of 28 C.

40km Cycle

The cycle takes place on the beautiful coastal road of Senggigi with lots of sharp climbs and stunning sea views.

The new bike course may be shorter in distance and not include the 5km ascend of Mt.Pusuk, the total meters of ascend have actually increased by 50m. So bring your cycling legs in tip top shape.

A drink station just after the U-turn will provide you with water in 750ml drink bottles.

10km Run

Expect more stunning sea views on the run, overlooking Senggigi Beach and the Bali Sea. The 5km run lap takes you up "Senggigi Hill" straight out of transition, followed by a descend into pretty palm groves with local waroengs. As the run is a two lap course you'll encounter Senggigi hill 3 more times before you make your way to the home straight.

The three drink stations on the run course will provide you with water, isotonic drinks and cold sponges
